If the product does not fit you or for any other reason that you can explain at the time of making, you may return or exchange the product with unworn packaging within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.
To start with an exchange or return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Changed your mind before shipping?
You can write to our team at email@example.com or WhatsApp us using the chat widget if the order or the item(s) you want to cancel have not yet been dispatched. Please remember to include your order number while mailing or messaging. After we receive your request to cancel, we will handle the refund within 24 to 48 business hours.
Issues and damages
Please check your purchase when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is ripped, defective, or if you receive the wrong item so we can look into it and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Note that articles cannot be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:
- The item needs to be brand new, complete, and have all tags and packaging materials attached.
- It can be returned in the same condition only as received, complete with inner and outer boxes.
- Shoes should not have debris or substances lodged in the bottom.
Can you return socks?
No, socks are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect with the product.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchange is subject to size availability.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the amount will be refunded using your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds will take 3–4 days time period.
Please note: The customer will be liable for paying the return shipping cost for the return package. We'll deduct the reverse shipping amount from the total amount before processing the refund.
There's no return shipping fee for exchanging an item.
