How Does Delivery Work?

We use trusted express delivery partners like Bluedart, Delhivery, and DTDC to ship your orders safely and quickly across India.

Processing Time: Orders are packed and dispatched within 24 – 48 hours of confirmation.
Delivery Time:
- Metro cities: Usually delivered within 2–3 business days
- Other cities/towns: Expect delivery in 3–7 business days
- If you're located in a remote or low-service area, we recommend getting in touch with our support team before placing your order to confirm serviceability and estimated delivery timelines.

We ship orders from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays and Sundays).

What About COD Orders?

We’ve updated our payment options to serve you better.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is now available in select locations across India.

For areas where COD is not serviceable, we offer a Partial COD (PPCOD) option - so you can still place your order with ease.

This means:

Full COD is available in select pincodes
Partial COD (PPCOD) is available where full COD is not serviceable
Prepaid options (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Wallets, Net Banking) are available for all orders

This setup helps us ensure smoother operations, fewer cancellations, and faster deliveries

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via email and WhatsApp so you can follow your shipment in real-time.

You might not see movement on the tracker for the first 24 hours, that’s totally normal as the courier scans sync up.

Delivery Delays?

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of dispatch, please drop us a message, we’ll jump in and resolve it ASAP with our shipping partner.

Other Shipping Info

Shipping Cost: Free Shipping on orders above ₹3000. A nominal ₹230 shipping fees is included in the selling price for orders below ₹3000.
