At Nickron, we offer a 7-day window for returns and exchanges. Here’s everything you need to know:

 

Returns & Exchanges:

• You can return or exchange your item within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, brand new, and complete with all tags and original packaging materials intact, including inner and outer boxes.
• Shoes should be in the same condition as received, without any debris or substances on the soles.

 

One-Time Free Exchange:

• We offer one free exchange on every order. For any subsequent exchanges or returns, a reverse shipping cost of INR 200 will apply.

 

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days once the returned product passes our quality check.
• For returns, a reverse shipping fee of INR 200 will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Important Note for Items purchased during any Sale:

• Items purchased during any sale are not eligible for refunds. However, we do accept exchange requests if they meet the conditions mentioned above.

 

Defective Products:

• If there’s a manufacturing defect, report it within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace or refund it for free once confirmed. Please share images and an unboxing video when reporting defects.

 

Cancellations:

• Orders canceled before shipping will receive a full refund. If canceled after shipping, INR 200 will be deducted from the refund.

 

Can You Return T-Shirts, Socks & Storage Boxes?

• T-shirts are exchangeable within the 7-day window if they meet the conditions above.
• No, socks and storage boxes are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect with the product.
