How Does Delivery Work?

We use trusted express delivery partners like Bluedart, Delhivery, and DTDC to ship your orders safely and quickly across India.

• Processing Time: Orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

• Delivery Time:

  • Metro cities: Usually delivered within 2–3 business days

  • Other cities/towns: Expect delivery in 3–7 business days

  • If you're in a remote or low-service area, we’ll do our best to deliver using India Post.

We ship orders from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays and Sundays).

What About COD Orders?

We follow a Partial Prepaid COD (PP COD) model. This means:

• You'll pay a small advance amount at checkout

• The remaining amount is payable in cash/card at the time of delivery

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via email and WhatsApp so you can follow your shipment in real-time.

You might not see movement on the tracker for the first 24 hours, that’s totally normal as the courier scans sync up.
